God is doing a new thing in your life, can you perceive it? Oftentimes, we are caught up in the pursuit of making wrongs right when through Jesus Christ, God remembers our sins no more and through through the redemption of Christ, God has places those sins in the sea of forgetfulness. If God, who is all-powerful and all-mighty can forgive you, what steps can you make to forgive yourself? Choose this day to bask in God’s grace, glory and forgiveness. When you hold on to the past mistakes of yourself or others, you deny the power that Jesus has to overcome the world, for he is the first and last, the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. You can create a new life right now by choosing to speak positive words over yourself and forgiving words. Take the first step and exclaim, “I forgive myself and I forgive others and I bask in the realization that God is a forgiving God.” Then take a deep breath and move forward with your day. Not only will a weight be lifted off of you, but the elixir of forgiveness will break the curse of lack, defeat and negativity over your life and the life of the forgiven. Forgive today.
A relationship with God through Jesus Christ our Lord should inspire us to change. Our habits becomes different. We follow a separate pattern in life. If those changes are not taking place, we have to evaluate our quiet time and be lifted up and encouraged to spend more time with God. It is in our quiet time with our Creator that the inner man can really change and effect noticeable change on the outside. If you are fellowshipping week after week and there is no power: than you need to reevaluate how you spend your time. God is waiting for you in the bosom of the sabbath. Carve out the time to spend with him and see the change take place in your life. While fellowship has its place, it cannot take the place of one-on-one time with God.
It is in our challenges that allow gratitude and grace to emerge. When challenges arise, rely on the inner love that God put in you. God loves us with a perfect kind of love, and perfect love casts out fear.
Also, when you are in the midst of a challenge, say "Thank you" for it, because you will know that brighter days are ahead and that there is nothing to fear. The principle of non-resistance states: "Because God is love and love protects all things, then refuge is found in God." You can be rest assured knowing that it is through this appreciation that you see God work wonders in your life.
So embrace your walk and be grateful for the sun rising each day. Better days are ahead and before you!
Our God is a God that has the whole world as his footstool. He needs to be glorified and honored upon the earth. When we think big and think outside of the box, we are literally taking hold of what part of the price Jesus suffered and died on the cross for us to do.
Jesus came so that we would have life and have life more abundantly. What steps are you taking to honor God for giving you life and great opportunities on earth?
When presented with a great opportunity to share your faith with someone, do not hesitate to recognize God at work. Any action that you do, no matter how big or small has a ripple effect in eternity. God promises that his word does not return unto him void. He is there, mighty and strong to help you accomplish his work in the earth.
So think big! Be creative! Be fun endearing and encouraging to others. Know that all the forces of evil cannot stamp out the good God has in store. What God has blessed cannot be cursed.

Financial Scripture is a Confession point on tithing previewed from Jae Magazine, covering the book of Colossians and excerpted from In Defense of Stillness by Jae Elizabeth, the world's largest scholastic compilation of full financial verses.
It is so important to keep God first place in our lives. Tithing, which is the act of giving 10% of your income to ministry, is an act that demonstrates this. It demonstrates to the Lord that his ways are higher than our ways and that we trust and rely upon him for financial provision. Be encouraged to open up your hearts and minds and follow this principle. God’s word promises that he will open up the windows of heaven and pour you our a blessing that you do not have room enough to receive.
Moreover, tithing places priority on helping the man of God, the poor, the widows, and immigrants, which is what it was put in place to do. Often times, we get caught up in our daily lives and it can be easy to overlook those in need. Tithing provides a safeguard so that churches and ministries have the financial capacity to sustain themselves and to do goodwill around the world for the less fortunate. Be encouraged to set aside your income and tithe. When you give cheerfully, you are giving unto the Lord.
Colossians 4:14 “Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas salute you.”
Financial Scripture is a Confession point on obtaining the proper employment previewed from Jae Magazine, covering the book of Colossians and excerpted from In Defense of Stillness by Jae Elizabeth, the world's largest scholastic compilation of full financial verses.
We all want recognition for a job well done. Did you know that you are accepted in the beloved by God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ? Did you know that you are loved right where you are, for who you are and not what you have done?
We have all been tempted to have our jobs define who were are as an individual. But our jobs is merely a function that we perform to sustain ourselves financially. We all have different methods of earning our “daily bread”. The truth we have to hold fast to is whether we “love” our jobs or not, we are beloved by God himself. And when men do not recognize us for our works, God is there in heaven, cheering us on.
When we recognize that our identity is in being a child of God, that is when the true freedom comes. Be encouraged that no matter what your vocation is, you are loved by virtue of belonging to God himself.
Colossians 1:1 “Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy our brother,”
Financial Scripture is a Confession point on having the financial provision to spread the good news, the gospel of Jesus Christ previewed from Jae Magazine, covering the book of Colossians and excerpted from In Defense of Stillness by Jae Elizabeth, the world's largest scholastic compilation of full financial verses.
Our callings to ministry come from God himself. Do you ever feel an unction to go towards a certain direction? That is not a coincidence, nor is it a surprise to God because he put that desire in you. You only need to trust God for the provision to complete the task set out in from of you. Because God placed the seed in you for his good purposes, your job is to grow, trusting him to water and cultivate and fertilize that seed. Often times, we take on extra heavy-laden burdens that should be cast upon Jesus, whose yoke is easy and burden is light.
Know that by putting God first, he will direct your path in a way that will send you towards light and hope. You need not be afraid for what is up ahead: he has ordered your steps and you are accepted in the beloved. Be encouraged to know that God is a God that shines good things upon people, and he will provide you with everything you need for the road ahead.
Colossians 2:1 “For I would have you know how greatly I strive for you, and for them at Laodica, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;”

Our good works will live on long after we pass away. That is the essence of our legacy, and the great joy that we have in knowing that there will be people positively effected by your life that you will never know. Having knowledge of this allows you to be more purposeful in your walk with God.
You can wake up every day knowing that your work is not done in vain, but has a ripple effect of optimism on the planet. We are all connected to each other as human beings, from the cradle to the grave. Bask in the promises of God that you work unto the Lord, doing good and benefiting others, which leaving behind a treasure that will not moth, rust or be destroyed. It will outlast you.
Colossians 1:29 “whereunto I labor also, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.”

Jesus told us to take his yoke upon him because his yoke is easy and his burden is light. So when we labor for righteousness sake, laboring for the Lord, it is not done in vain. Nor, when we work on behalf of God, he meets us more than halfway and comes in strong and mightily. What is relief that we do not have to take on yokes that are too great for us to bear? What satisfaction and joy we can take from God knowing that through his grace, we have sufficient help for whichever projects come our way.
I know that this knowledge and wisdom of God is especially useful when I am undertaking activities in which I am not accustomed or familiar with. It is refreshing to carry along that foreknowledge of God’s goodness, knowing that his love extends in this way. When you feel heavily burdened, be encouraged to hand that problem over the Jesus and let him guide you to a path of peace.
Colossians 1:2 “To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ that are at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father.”

Grace and peace comes from our heavenly father, who is God almighty. He is to be reverence and glorified in all ways. My heart fills with love as I feel his presence in my life. When things are confusing, I know that I can turn to God for guidance and his light shines in me, directing my paths and showing me the way to go. He is indeed our Way-Shower, and knows the first from the last. It is in him that we move and have our being.
What can separate us from God’s love? Nothing. That is the remarkable and distinctive feature: his love and mercy endures forever, and God’s grace and peace is merely an extension of that.
